The Fuggly Duckling Tavern
Our castle boasts a rustic stone tavern known as the Fuggly Duckling and named for the "fuggle", a distinctive brewing hop.
The castle is a NY State Farm Brewery offering an assortment of beers and ciders brewed right on site in the castle. As a Farm Brewery all of our products are crafted from NY-grown ingredients...many sourced right here in the Hudson Valley. We also offer a variety of NY wines and spirits made by some of our local partner breweries, cideries, and distilleries.
Stop by the tavern for a flagon of our castle brew. Small-batch brewed on-site, perfectly pairing a combination of ancient recipes and modern technology to create an experience unlike any other.
